Jacqueline Sharp is a Toronto-based consultant with MKJA and has worked with the Energy and Materials Research Group since 2003. She is a nationally recognized researcher in the field of public and stakeholder engagement and carbon capture and storage. Jacqueline has led projects on greenhouse gas cap and trade policies and the environmental sustainability of Ontario's Integrated Power System Plan, and recently completed an expert review of he Program Rules for Canada's Offset System for Greenhouse Gases. She in an expert at quantitative and qualitative research methods, but specializes in interview and survey methods, focus groups and stakeholder consultation. Jacqueline has a diverse background that includes fair-trade marketing and community economic development in Bolivia and Ecuador, business strategy consulting with Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), and air pollution research and campaign work with the Sierra Club Eastern Canada Chapter.
Jacqueline holds a B.Comm (Hon) from Queen’s University, and an MRM from Simon Fraser University. Her most recent publications include:
